S_MT PASS-30 — Bounded provenance, mail-method, claim-mapping, and display corrections to PASS-27
Fresh PASS-30 access date: October 26, 2026, Pacific / October 26, 2026, UTC
Scope: Only the five requested annotation groups. PASS-22 and PASS-27 are not regenerated. PASS-28 and PASS-29 remain unreviewed and are not adopted as premises.
Status: The previously reviewed PASS-27 Group 1 and Group 2 findings remain resolved with limits; Group 3's substantive corrections remain supported, subject to the provenance and mapping annotations below. No whole-component acceptance is implied.

II. Exact replacement introduction
SettleADebt S_MT PASS-27 — Bounded corrections to PASS-22.
PASS-22 was separately reviewed by the same coordinator at 2026-10-26T16:14:00.384519+00:00, corresponding to October 26, 2026, 9:14 a.m. Pacific. PASS-22 was not accepted as a whole; three bounded correction groups required PASS-27.
PASS-27 has subsequently received a separate review by the same coordinator. Its Group 1 and Group 2 findings were assessed as resolved with limits, and Group 3's substantive corrections were supported subject to the residual provenance, claim-mapping, and display annotations in PASS-30.
These statuses and timestamps are coordinator-reported administrative facts, not an independent review or proof that PASS-30 accessed coordinator-local files. PASS-28 and PASS-29 remain unreviewed. No component, Montana, parent-dossier, A066, operational, or publication acceptance follows.
No original PASS-22 or PASS-27 source-fetch timestamp is changed.
III. Exact replacement mail-service paragraph
Montana notification of seizure — §25-13-211
The sheriff or levying officer must serve notification within five days after execution upon the judgment debtor's property. The notification must:
- Describe the property or money seized to satisfy the judgment;
- State the case name, date of judgment, and judgment creditor's name;
- Advise that state or federal exemptions may apply; and
- Explain the procedure for claiming an exemption and requesting a hearing.
Section 25-13-211(2) authorizes notification by:
Personal service or United States mail, postage prepaid, to the judgment debtor's last-known address.
For mail, service is complete when the sheriff or levying officer places the notification in the mail. The statute does not expressly specify a “first-class” mail category. That label is therefore removed rather than independently asserted. mca.legmt.gov
Unchanged §25-13-212 conditions
- Following personal service, the ten-day exemption period—excluding weekends and holidays—runs from the debtor's receipt.
- Following mail, it runs from the officer's mailing date.
- The debtor must mail same-day copies of the claim, statement, and documentation to the creditor or attorney and the sheriff or levying officer.
- The court must conduct the hearing within ten days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving the request.
- A late claim is barred in the seized property under the state provision. mca.legmt.gov
No actual deadline, service sufficiency, automatic indefinite stay, or individualized exemption outcome is established.

V. Plain-text replacement displays
HSA — Example 14
Conditional pre-suit HSA branch: $2,500.00 protected ONLY if account qualification, pre-suit contribution/earnings ledger, and eligible-medical-expense exception predicates are satisfied.
Post-suit contribution branch: HOLD — interaction of MCA 25-13-603 and 25-13-608(1)(l) remains unresolved.
The balance and arithmetic are unchanged. Section 25-13-603 provides broad account language and an eligible-medical-expense recovery exception; §25-13-608(1)(l) expressly identifies pre-suit contributions and their earnings. This patch does not decide protection of post-suit contributions. mca.legmt.gov+1
Joint account — Example 6
$2,000 / $6,000 = 1/3.
$4,000 / $6,000 = 2/3.
100 × (1/3) ≈ 33.333%; 100 × (2/3) ≈ 66.667%.
Dollar shares remain $2,000.00 and $4,000.00, respectively.
The percentages are rounded displays; the exact fractions are one-third and two-thirds. These are assumed contribution amounts, not an actual ownership determination. Montana §72-6-211 uses net contributions unless clear and convincing evidence establishes a different intent. mca.legmt.gov

PASS-22/PASS-27 original claim registers and coordinator review observations, supplied in the current request. |

The original P27 source IDs and actual access claims remain immutable. PASS-30's fresh statutory checks do not retroactively convert prior observations into fresh coordinator research.

Researcher self-check
PASS-30 freshly read five current official Montana statutory sections, all from the 2025 Internet MCA, which states that the printed code prevails if inconsistent. It did not re-fetch federal-benefit opinions, Part 212, the five Word forms, or the original PASS-22/PASS-27 raw artifacts.
The coordinator-reported reviews and their timestamps are attributed as supplied. No local review packet, original file, private bank record, or other conversation was accessed.
The patch changes no legal dollar amount, no original worked-example result, and no substantive federal account-review or HSA post-suit hold. It corrects one unsupported mail-class adjective, exact claim crosslinks, two display artifacts, and provenance labels.
No filing, bank-account action, records request, provider or person lookup, local write, independent-review conclusion, component acceptance, Montana acceptance, parent-dossier acceptance, A066 acceptance, operational approval, or publication-readiness determination occurred.
END S_MT PASS-30.
