ABOUT THE INFORMATION

How to use these guides and sources.

Start with the explanation. Check the evidence when a number, deadline or rule matters to your decision.

Helpful information should not require expert knowledge.

Every topic now starts with a short answer, practical questions, an example and definitions. The original detailed material remains available underneath.

What is a guide, and what is evidence?

A guide explains a subject in ordinary language. A source record shows where a statement came from, what was checked and what may be incomplete. They serve different purposes.

What does a correction mean?

A correction marks a detail that needs to be changed or qualified. Read the warning before relying on an affected number or rule. A later correction does not automatically make every other statement current.

What can you safely take from an example?

An example explains a relationship: how fees affect cost, how a payment affects a balance, or why two services differ. It is not a forecast, guaranteed result or offer.

When should you get individual help?

Seek qualified help when a court deadline, risk to your home or essential income, disputed legal obligation or tax consequence needs an answer for your circumstances.

About this archive

The explanation above is written for readers. These original working documents preserve the evidence trail, including technical language, dated passages and known corrections. They have not all received independent professional review. Use the marked limits before relying on a particular rule or figure.

METHOD & DATA DICTIONARY

How to read this evidence.

The useful part of a research library is being able to inspect the finding, the source and the boundary together.

What is included

This is an AI-assisted research library. Saved outputs received scoped coordinator checks, not independent expert review. Model and route provenance are retained where documented; a lawyer, accountant or other professional has not certified the whole corpus.

517 saved research components, including original investigations, sequential passes and correction supplements. The public layer retains all 6,379 native captured tables, 24,511 claim records and 10,851 source records and 24,695 coverage records. Revisions may repeat earlier records. These are record counts, not independent fact or study counts.

Read a paper four ways

  • Read the research: the full saved narrative, with original context and examples.
  • Tables: every captured native table; headerless tables keep their first row.
  • Claim records: the assertion, pinpoint, conditions and recorded check status.
  • Sources: authority, direct URLs, actual read scope and version limits.

Corrections travel with the record

228 bounded material corrections remain queued across the saved library. Known affected material is marked; unlocalized findings remain visible at report level. A later pass corrects its stated scope and does not silently replace the whole earlier report. Historical text remains a dated research record, not a current recommendation.

What review means

All 517 saved components have completed a first scoped coordinator review. This does not mean every claim is primary-verified, every law is current, every state is accepted or any individual can rely on a legal outcome. Primary-source, version, local, tribal, contract, judicial and actual-application limits remain attached.

Public formatting and private records

The public edition removes private conversation links and internal file references. It does not publish account records, credentials, raw browser captures or private prompts. Original source-file hashes preserve a connection to the saved research. Public data downloads retain the evidence and correction fields. CSV exports include scope and correction-note columns; JSON preserves the original captured arrays with separate annotations.

Use examples as examples

Worked scenarios explain a stated model. They are not typical outcomes, offers, settlement predictions, eligibility checks or legal APR certifications. Keep unresolved liabilities and unestimated costs in the comparison.
