Baseline: October 22, 2026, Pacific · Coordinator check: October 22, 2026, 7:19:35 p.m. PDT (2026-10-23T02:19:35.299132Z) · Scoped metadata correction only
1. Full ID-alias and source-reference table
Correction-02's conflicting source identities are withdrawn. The original source register contains 38 sources (R038-S001–S038), not 75. The original claim register contains 74 claims. Historical identifiers retain their original meanings; revision sources use distinct identifiers.

| R038-S019 |
Original 15 U.S.C. §1681c; FCRA |

§108(a)(1)(A), (E)(i)–(ii), (a)(2)(A), (b), (h) |

| R038-S077 |
New correction source: IRS Publication 4681 (2025) |
QPRI exclusion timing; exclusions; reduction of tax attributes |
Unique against the 38 original IDs. Correction-02 reported direct opening Oct. 22, 2026. Administrative guidance; statute controls. |
Identity rule: R038-R2-S003 and R038-R2-S019 are revision aliases, not replacements for the original S003 and S019 documents. The new R038-R3-S001 is likewise confined to the correction register.
All original source IDs outside the displayed conflict and reuse set remain unchanged. Their historical metadata is not reconstructed or recertified here.

Replace erroneous C02 citation to original S003 with revision alias R2-S003. |

R038-S001 §1326(a)(1)(A)–(C), (a)(2); R038-S011 as secondary explanation |
Retain corrected earlier-of trigger and separate payment branches. Selected coordinator support; no blanket certification of S001 or local deadlines. |
| R038-C045 |
General Chapter 13 confirmation umbrella: statutory compliance, feasibility, good faith, secured treatment, liquidation floor and other requirements |
R038-S001 §1325; R038-S011; R038-R2-S019 as held narrow reference |
Restore original broad meaning. Withdraw C02's reduction of C045 to only the liquidation floor. |
| R038-C046 |
§1325(a)(4) establishes the Chapter 7 liquidation-value floor for Chapter 13 confirmation |
R038-S001 §1325(a)(4); R038-R2-S019 §1325(a)(4), held |
Restore original stable meaning. Withdraw C02's incorrect reassignment of C046 to projected disposable income. Valuation and hypothetical costs remain fact-specific. |
| R038-R3-C001 — NEW |
Under §1325(b), a qualifying objection can trigger projected-disposable-income requirements that independently affect confirmation |
R038-S001 §1325(b); R038-R2-S019 §1325(b), held |
New scoped claim. Conditional on the statutory objection and applicable provisions. §1325(b) not newly opened in C03; income, deductions, commitment period and confirmation analysis remain held. |
| R038-C047 |
Qualifying 910-day vehicle purchase-money claim treatment |
R038-S001 §1325 hanging paragraph; R038-R2-S019, held |
Replace incorrect S019 identity with revision alias; purchase-money and other confirmation qualifications retained. |
| R038-C066 |
Settlement cancellation arithmetic does not automatically establish taxable income; Title 11 exclusion is distinct |
R038-S076 §108(a)(1)(A), (a)(2)(A), (b); R038-S077 |
Retain C02's qualified tax comparison. Federal eligibility and state tax outcomes not individually certified. |
| R038-C075 — C02 NEW |
QPRI statutory timing permits qualifying pre-2026 discharge or qualifying pre-2026 written arrangement for a later discharge |
R038-S076 §108(a)(1)(E)(i)–(ii), (a)(2)(A), (h); R038-S077 |
Retain distinct C02 claim. Coordinator primary reading attributed. Acquisition-debt, cap, ordering and basis conditions remain. |
Replacement mapping for the Chapter 13 liquidation example: R038-C045 remains the general confirmation umbrella; R038-C046 specifically supports the liquidation floor; R038-R3-C001 separately covers the projected-disposable-income qualification. No original claim is repurposed to carry the new proposition.
Neither the failed §1325 retrieval nor the original Title 11 bundle reference is represented as a fresh verification of every cited subsection.
3. Narrow textual corrections
A. Original worked-example count and code-block provenance
Replace Correction-02's statement that it reissued “all eight original worked-example groups” with:
Seven original worked-example groups were preserved, together with one new Chapter 13 payment-start illustration. The coordinator separately captured all 12 actual visible code blocks. Flattening in derived Markdown was a local serialization issue, not evidence of failed mathematical formulas. This metadata correction does not regenerate formulas or change the original hypothetical inputs.
This also withdraws any implication that the newly added payment-date illustration was part of the original seven groups.
B. QPRI financial-condition language
Withdraw the phrase:
“any required reduction tied to the residence's value and other qualifying debt”
Replace with:
QPRI eligibility requires analysis of qualifying principal-residence acquisition indebtedness, the applicable statutory cap, the pre-2026 discharge or written-arrangement timing route, the applicable §108 exclusion-ordering rules, and any §108(h) residence-basis consequences. Bankruptcy, insolvency and other financial-condition facts may affect which exclusion applies. No fair-market-value reduction formula is assumed merely because another category of indebtedness under §108 has such a limitation.
Specific guardrail: The qualified real property business indebtedness rule in §108(c)(2), including its fair-market-value limitation, must not be imported automatically into the qualified principal residence indebtedness rules of §108(a)(1)(E) and (h).
Any particular formula not supported by the selected primary text remains held. No individual taxpayer's eligibility or tax result is established.
C. Source-count correction
Replace any Correction-02 description implying an original R038-S001–S075 source register with:
The original R038 register contains 38 sources and 74 claims. R038-S076 and R038-S077 are unique new correction-source identifiers, not evidence of an original 75-source register. Scoped revision aliases preserve original source identities without renumbering historical records.
