The short answer
Read outcome populations carefully: results for sustained deposit-makers are not results for everyone who originally enrolled.

Read the price as a whole
Its own disclosure says fees are usually 25% of enrolled debt, varying by state; the FAQ’s 15%–25% range describes the industry.
A written quote should identify the fee percentage, its base, the creditor payments, dedicated-account charges and any legal or financing costs. A smaller monthly deposit is not evidence of a lower total cost.
| Decision | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Eligibility | Confirm the current program and account-specific threshold. |
| Your key question | Can you show the result for all people who entered the same program, including early exits and unresolved debts? |
| Leaving early | Fees already earned, money still in your account and unresolved creditor balances. |

What the results can—and cannot—show
The separate 2025 outcomes report uses defined groups and exclusions. Its resolved-debt figures do not by themselves establish a new customer’s probability of fully paying every enrolled account.
For your decision, request a mature enrollment cohort: everyone who entered, how many fully paid all included debts, how much they paid including fees, and how many left with balances unresolved. An account-level discount is not the same as customer-level completion.

How to investigate complaints fairly
Look up the legal name on the proposed contract, including related trade names. Read the issue, date, company response and any official order. A raw complaint count lacks the number of customers served and may span different products. A review score is not a license check.
This review does not present a comprehensive litigation or licensing clearance. No absence-of-complaints claim is made. Check current state requirements for the entity and service before signing.

Compare the alternative before signing
Get a direct creditor hardship proposal and a nonprofit credit-counseling assessment when applicable. If money is unavailable, income may be protected or a court deadline is involved, legal advice may be more useful than an enrollment pitch. Choosing a company cannot guarantee creditor participation.
