1. Choose the debt, in your own words.
Choose one or several types. Collections and lawsuits describe a stage, not a substitute for identifying the original obligation. If you are unsure, that is a valid starting point.
2. Give each debt its own context.
Amounts, stages, jurisdictions and relevant questions stay attached to the correct entry. A total balance is never copied into every category. You can go back, edit, close and resume in the same tab.
3. Read your guide before sharing.
The guide acknowledges every selected debt, explains which answers changed its route, and links to official, nonprofit or legal resources. It does not declare eligibility or guarantee a reduction.
4. Decide whether a next step helps.
There is no verified provider network active here. Keep your guide, review its sources, and contact an appropriate creditor, official program, nonprofit counselor or legal resource directly. No inquiry is submitted through this site.
